Welcome to the best U-Brew in Pitt Meadows! Platinum Ridge Brewing Company offers the best in wine, beer and coolers and ciders. Here "wine is our passion" says Madeleine, owner of Platinum Ridge Brewing Company. Our store carries wine kits from Wine Expert, Vineco and Cellar Craft. In the "reds" you'll find such varieties as Cabernet, Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, the current favorite among Platinum customers. In the "white wines", Australian Chardonnay is the favorite.

If you're interested in lagers and ales, Madeleine's husband, Jan is the on-site beer connoisseur. Here, Platinum has everything from Bud-style lagers to Rickards Red-style ales. Beer takes just three to four weeks to prepare.

Platinum's selection of ciders includes apple, peach, black cherry, cranberry and blackberry. And for coolers, they have all sorts of flavors, like hard cranberry and lemonade, raspberry, pina colada, margarita, blueberry, and nec-tarine.
